TROUBLE SHOOTING:
1. Bluetooth connecting issue: please download the APP first and register it, then find the device with APP; press and hold button on bracelet until "pair" the word showed and twinkling, then APP will find the bracelet named "SMART"; touch it to connect and agree "Bluetooth Paring Request" to touch "pair", then the pairing part is done.
2.Charger problems: Please note that first do not reverse the charger pins, or it will lead to burnt of chips. The former charger has got some problem sometimes indeed. Please contact us by email when you purchase one of this item, we will send you the updated charger which could charge the item perfectly.
3. To turn on the bracelet, just charge it correctly, it will work automatically.
